- Proofreading support for international academic papers authored by female researchers
- RIKEN International Woman Scientist Colloquium

- RIKEN Leadership Development Program for Female Researchers
- Individual counseling for female junior/high school and university students aspiring to the STEM fields
3. Facilitating proactive recruitment/promotion of female researchers
- Launch of incentive fund support to promote recruitment and appointment of female PIs (Sechi Kato Program)
