Employees may telework, based on internal regulations.
Changes in work start and end times
So that employees are able to work efficiently while maintaining balance between work and life, they may use staggered working hours based on the supplementary regulations for changes to work start/end times.
Purpose-specific flex-time system
Flex-time is provided to allow eligible employees to fully demonstrate their abilities and work efficiently with a strong work ethic while maintaining a balance between work and childcare, nursing care, or medical treatment, with the aim of further improving professional efficiency. The system was introduced in 2020.
